Terms of Service

By accessing or using SitePromts you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or the prompts published on it.

These terms cover everyone who uses the site, whether you copy a free prompt without an account or hold a paid plan.

Every prompt on this site is a piece of writing that you paste into an AI website builder. Subject to these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable licence to:

• copy a prompt and paste it into any AI builder you use;
• edit, shorten, extend or combine prompts to suit the project you are building;
• use the resulting websites and code in your own projects and in paid client deliverables, where your plan includes a commercial licence.

Free prompts are available to anyone with no account and no payment. The rest of the library unlocks with a paid plan — see Pricing for what each plan includes.

We claim no ownership of the websites, code, copy or designs your AI builder produces from one of these prompts. What you build is yours.

The prompt text itself remains ours. Using a prompt does not transfer ownership of that prompt to you — only the licence to use it as described above.

The licence is for building sites, not for redistributing the library. You may not:

• re-sell, redistribute, sub-licence or republish the raw prompt text in bulk, in any form, including as a competing prompt library, a paid digital product, a course resource or a public repository;
• share paid access with people outside your organisation, or use one plan to serve multiple businesses that would each need their own;
• scrape, crawl or otherwise bulk-extract prompts from the site by automated means;
• present the library, or a copy of it, as your own work or as the basis of a competing service.

Using a prompt to build a site for a client is exactly what a commercial licence is for. Handing that client the prompt library is not.

The paid plans, their prices and what each one includes are listed on the pricing page. The price shown at the point of purchase is the price that applies to your order.

• Yearly renews once a year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, after which the library returns to the free prompts.
• Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal, and includes prompts added after your purchase.

Refund requests are handled by support. Any refund terms offered at the point of purchase apply to that order.

The library is updated continuously. Prompts may be added, rewritten or retired as AI builders change, and the counts shown across the site describe the library at the time of writing rather than a guaranteed minimum.

These terms may change too. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Prompts are provided as they are. What an AI builder produces from a prompt depends on the tool, the model behind it and the version you happen to be using — all of which change outside our control. We do not warrant that any prompt will produce a particular result, and you are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing anything you ship.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or the prompts is limited to the amount you have paid us for the plan in question.
